I ship worldwide from Yorkshire. For the US and Canada it's usually 5–14 working days, though customs can occasionally make things interesting. Europe is typically 3–7 working days. Australia, 10–20 working days. UK orders generally arrive within 2–4 working days.
Plain eco-friendly packaging on the outside. Useful if you're not quite out of the broom closet yet. The inside is a different matter. Everything is packed with care and arrives in good condition.
Free UK delivery on all orders. Free international shipping on orders over £30. Both of these are absorbed without impacting prices.
Products & Care
Keep it somewhere dry. Don't wash it. If you want to cleanse it spiritually, sage smoke does the job. They're made to last, but they're handmade from natural materials, so treat them accordingly.
Most of what I make is vegan. Where I do use anything animal-derived, naturally shed feathers and the like, it's ethically sourced. Check the individual listing if you're not sure, or message me on Etsy and I'll tell you straight.
I source from local and small suppliers where I can. I'd rather support someone making something properly than save a bit buying from a distributor. The materials are better for it too. I wouldn't use it myself if it wasn't right.

Usually within 24 hours. Sometimes quicker. I run everything myself, so there are occasionally busy periods, but I always get back to people.
